In accordance with Directive No. 18 of HCMC People’s Committee, Since October 8, 2021, CJ Building has implemented a Covid-19 health declaration location at the entrance. Please do the health declaration before entering the Building as per the following instructions:

Step 1: Download the application “Y tế HCM” at CH Play/ Apple Store

Step 2: Enter your phone number => Enter the OTP sent to your phone => Click on “Xác nhận”

Step 3: Enter information as required => Click “Cập nhật” to finish (Click “Thông tin của tôi” to view your personal and Covid-19 vaccine information).

Step 5: At the main display, click “Quét QR code để khai báo” => Enter information as required => Click “send” to finish (You can switch the language with the icon at the right upper corner of the display).

Here, put a tick on "Visitors" and the declared location as "CÔNG TY TNHH CJ VIỆT NAM"

Step 5: The display will present as an image if the health declaration successfully made. From next time of health declaration, you only need to start with step no.4.
